I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had a lovely balcony with an ocean view, but unfortunately, I dealt with some cockroaches in the bathroom. The service was outstanding; the staff was very helpful and even organized our transportation. The location was fantastic, right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. However, the dining options could definitely use some improvement, as the cleanliness of utensils raised some concerns.
